Reporting to the Purchasing Manager of the Environmental Services BU, you will be responsible for managing and anticipating risks related to the purchasing function, as well as responding to calls for tender. As such, your main missions are :

Risk management and monitoring :

Qualify the third parties making up the BU Environmental Services purchasing families, using the criticality matrix used in the department.
Establish a link with our suppliers' inbound contacts, who are responsible for providing legal documents, in particular those relating to the "attestation vigilance".
Create and track "critical or strategic" third parties on the third-party compliance platform.
Integrate and update legal documents on the third-party compliance platform.
Manage third-party access to the compliance platform.

Responding to calls for tender :

Manage certain calls for tender, from needs analysis to network deployment

Your assets

With at least a Master's degree in purchasing, you would like to invest in and develop your skills within an international group that is constantly expanding.

You are rigorous, adaptable, pragmatic and curious. You're a team player with a proven aptitude for analysis and good interpersonal skills.

In addition, you have a good command of the office pack and computer software. You are also familiar with the main stages of the purchasing process.
