Job offer HR/SIRH Assistant - Alternance F/H Alternance Bouches du Rhône (13)

As part of the Onet Group's Recruitment Department and based at Onet's head office in Marseille (9th arrondissement), you will be involved in matters relating to the Group's recruitment process and the management of the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

Your main tasks are:

Update databases and operating procedures
User access creation
Update user training materials
Ticketing, exchanges with the software publisher, job boards and multiple distributors.
You'll also have the chance to discover the job of a recruiter, with occasional tasks involving application processing and sourcing.

Your assets

You are currently following an HR/HRIS course at Bac+3 to Bac+5 level. You have a strong interest in recruitment and ideally in HRIS.

You are comfortable using IT tools and would like to discover the back-office aspect of a recruitment software package.

You're known for your rigor and curiosity, and you're eager to learn new things.
