Job offer Automotive Fleet Buyer F/H CDI Bouches du Rhône (13)

As part of the Purchasing and General Resources Department and reporting to the Non-Production Purchasing Manager, you will manage purchasing for the Group's vehicle fleet (and associated purchasing families).

As such, your main tasks are as follows:

Analyze the needs of the company's business departments and implement a purchasing strategy, progress and performance plans for your purchasing families.
Carry out regular assessments and establish a supplier map
Participate in drafting specifications for suppliers, including stakeholders
Develop selection criteria and evaluate TCO
Negotiate and ratify conditions (deadlines, prices, supply limits, penalties, RGPD, Security, SLA, PAQ and/or any other special conditions) for contracts and/or framework agreements in partnership with the Legal and Compliance Department.
Ensure commercial relations with suppliers and subcontractors, monitor the proper execution of contracts and contractual commitments, manage any disputes and litigation.
Define the vehicles and equipment to be ordered by employees or agencies in accordance with Car Policy criteria, financial issues and CSR recommendations.
Respect and ensure compliance with current standards, procedures and guidelines

Your assets

With a business school or general engineering degree specializing in purchasing, you have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role.

You have a proven track record in finance, budgeting and commercial law. You have the ability to anticipate and take a step back, in order to find the best solutions to the problems entrusted to you.

You are committed to your assignments and deliver high-quality work. In addition, you are recognized for your excellent interpersonal skills, your ability to negotiate, analyze and summarize, and your ability to make proposals.
