As part of the Purchasing and General Resources Department, and reporting to the Non-Production Purchasing Manager, you will be in charge of the equipment and rental machinery purchasing categories, and will be responsible for ensuring supplier compliance and drawing up framework contracts, with the constant aim of improving efficiency and optimizing expenditure. In addition, you update and analyze the various financial, extra-financial and purchasing performance indicators.

In this context, your main tasks are as follows:

Analyze the needs of the company's business divisions and implement a purchasing strategy, progress and performance plan for the purchasing categories under responsibility.
Manage, draft, issue and coordinate tender or consultation documents
Develop selection criteria and evaluate TCO
Negotiate and ratify conditions (deadlines, prices, supply limits, penalties, RGPD, Security, SLA, PAQ and/or any other special conditions) for contracts and/or framework agreements in partnership with the Legal and Compliance Department.
Ensure commercial relations with suppliers and subcontractors, monitor the proper execution of contracts and contractual commitments, manage any disputes and litigation.
Develop or maintain tools for producing financial, extra-financial and purchasing performance indicators
Ensure the updating, completeness and evaluation of suppliers on the Aprovall 360 platform
Produce monthly purchasing indicators (costs, expenses, contracts and framework agreements expired or to be expired, financial performance, etc.) necessary to identify all types of risks and trends in all pooled purchasing categories.
Compile, lead and write the quarterly shared purchasing newsletter

Your assets

You have a business or engineering degree with a specialization in purchasing, and successful experience in a purchasing role.

You are able to anticipate and take a step back, in order to find and provide the best solutions to the problems entrusted to you.

In addition, you are recognized for your excellent interpersonal skills, your ability to negotiate, analyze and summarize, and your ability to make proposals.
