👩💼 Your responsibilities
As the Area Manager's Assistant, you will play a key role in the organization and smooth running of the cleaning teams. Your main tasks will be:
- Act as a liaison between the Area Manager and cleaning staff
- Participate in quality control of services and ensure compliance with procedures
- Provide occasional cover on site in the event of absences
- Support and train new staff
- Manage stock (products, equipment)
- Participate in the planning and organization of interventions
- Report any information necessary for the continuous improvement of the service

🔎 Desired profile
Experience in the cleaning/sanitation sector required
Service-oriented, thorough, and able to work independently
Able to supervise a team and communicate effectively

Driver's license required
Variable hours between 5:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. depending on the site and substitutions
