👩💼 Your responsibilities
As the Area Manager's Assistant, you will play a key role in the organization and smooth running of the cleaning teams. Your main tasks will be:
- Act as a liaison between the Area Manager and cleaning staff
- Participate in quality control of services and ensure compliance with procedures
- Provide occasional cover on site in the event of absences
- Support and train new staff
- Manage stock (products, equipment)
- Participate in the planning and organization of interventions
- Report any information necessary for the continuous improvement of the service

🔎 Desired profile
- Experience in the cleaning industry required
- Customer service orientation, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively
- Responsiveness, versatility, and ability to prioritize
- Class B driver's license required
- Flexible hours between 5:00 AM and 9:00 PM depending on the location and substitute assignments
