Job Opening: Receptionist and Logistics Coordinator (M/F) – Fixed-Term Contract (M/F), Nord (59)

Based at the Onet Accueil office in Saint-Martin-du-Vivier, you will join—under a fixed-term contract—the teams working at one of our clients’ sites in Gravelines, in the nuclear sector.

In this context, your main tasks will be as follows:

Daily Life Logistics Center:

Physical and telephone reception
Ordering and Delivery of Meal Trays on Site
Preparing PPE (personal protective equipment) for visitors
Fleet management: vehicle reservations, vehicle cleaning
Service Request Management
Mail management
Handling of packages weighing between 10 and 15 kg
Setup and rearrangement of meeting rooms (setting up and moving tables, chairs, equipment, etc.)
Restocking printers on site
Assignment of Locker Rooms
Meeting Room Reservations
Conducting office inventory checks and follow-up tasks
Reporting information and any anomalies to the site manager
Performing various logistics tasks

Orientation: November 23–25

Training will be provided upon your arrival to help you settle into your new role within the logistics team. This training will allow you to become familiar with the procedures, tools, and specific aspects of the site so that you can perform your duties under the best possible conditions.

Scheduled substitutions: December 11 and December 28 through 31 (inclusive), with the possibility of other occasional substitutions in the future.)
