Job offer AGENT DE MANUTENTION F/H CDD Monaco

You will be responsible for implementing and updating the equipment maintenance plan in accordance with contractual specifications. As such, you will supervise preventive and corrective maintenance, update the equipment list and ensure that operational procedures are disseminated to the teams concerned.

Your tasks include :

Design and monitoring of on-call schedules (levels 1 to 4)
Coordination and supervision of technical shutdowns, including exceptional work (projects, owner's requests)
Drafting of Change Requests and management of regulatory declarations (prefecture, fire department)
Monitoring of indicators (Help Desk, PPM) and implementation of corrective and proactive actions
Performance of audits (PPM compliance, WPI) and organization of operational meetings
Contribution to the improvement of subcontracted services and participation in purchasing reviews
Application of procedures in the event of a major incident (MIM), control of BCP processes and risk assessment
Management of orders related to day-to-day operations and search for cost optimization levers
Drafting of Prevention Plans and Permits to Work, and participation in audits
You will also play a key role in supporting site managers and technical consultants, particularly during critical or exceptional operations.

- Good administrative level

- Proficiency in mail and ticket management software (Fieldflex, DHL, etc.).

- Knowledge of mail sorting, franking and distribution rules.

- Good understanding of reprographics tools.

- Use of handling equipment.

- Handling according to defined gestures and postures.

- Knowledge of internal logistics circuits.
