As part of the Onet Accueil branch in Saint-Martin-du-Vivier, you will join the team on-site at one of our clients’ locations in Gravelines, in the nuclear sector, under a permanent contract.

In this context, your main tasks will be as follows:

In-person reception for visitors and speakers
Site Access Management and Control
Verification of Required Documents
Creation, printing, and issuance of access badges
Manage badge requests and track access authorizations in accordance with current procedures
Registration and Orientation for Visitors and Speakers
Welcoming Delivery Drivers
Phone Call Management
Report information and notify the manager of any discrepancies.
Strict enforcement of safety guidelines and site-specific procedures
Use of IT tools designed for access management
Compliance with confidentiality rules and requirements specific to the nuclear industry

You are thorough, organized, responsive, and have good interpersonal skills. You know how to adapt to different situations and demonstrate professionalism in carrying out your duties.

Position available starting January 1, 2027.

Your attention to detail and commitment to service are well established. Politeness, initiative, and a genuine ability to work well with others are natural parts of your character.

Some experience in reception or access control would be a plus, but it is above all your responsiveness, attention to detail, and motivation that will make the difference.
