Onet Logistics & Production is seeking a Logistics Receiving Clerk (M/F) to work on a project for a client in the industrial/nuclear sector.
Reporting to the Team Leader, your main responsibilities are:
Receipt of goods:
- Greet transporters and verify delivery documents (vouchers, references, quantities)
- Ensure the unloading of deliveries (manual handling or machinery)
- Receive goods by checking their compliance
Delivery inspection:
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative inspections.
- Identify discrepancies (shortages, damages, non-conformities).
- Issue reservations if necessary
- Isolate non-compliant products and report disputes.
Inbound processing and putaway:
- Record receipts in the system (GEMO² / WMS)
- Verify or create item references in coordination with the manager
- Assign storage locations
- Store goods in designated areas
- Prepare transfer flows to COUT stores.
- Manage internal routing or provision
Traceability and tracking:
- Ensure the traceability of incoming goods.
- Monitor anomalies and their resolution
- Ensure document compliance
Nuclear safety and the environment:
- Adhere to safety and security regulations
- Verify the regulatory compliance of equipment
- Apply specific procedures related to the nuclear environment
Store layout:
- Maintain reception areas clean and organized (5S)
- Participate in inventories
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes
Your role in the service:
You are responsible for ensuring the proper receipt, inspection, and storage of
goods, ensuring the reliability, traceability, and compliance of logistics flows.
You operate in a demanding environment requiring rigor and a strong sense of control.
- You are proficient with IT tools (WMS such as GEMO² or equivalent)
- You hold CACES 1, 3, 5 certifications and the stacker truck certification (required) – CAUS (wired floor crane) is a plus
You demonstrate responsiveness, organizational skills, and autonomy.
- You value teamwork and contribute to collective performance
- Experience in an industrial or nuclear environment is appreciated

- Hours: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM / 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
