Your mission

 

Onet Logistics & Production is seeking a Logistics Receiving Clerk (M/F) to work on a project for a client in the industrial/nuclear sector.


Reporting to the Team Leader, your main responsibilities are:


Receipt of goods:

- Greet the delivery drivers and verify the delivery documents (delivery notes, item numbers, quantities)


- Unload deliveries (manually or using equipment)


- Receive goods and verify that they meet specifications


Delivery inspection:

- Perform quantitative and qualitative tests


- Identify discrepancies (shortages, damage, non-conformities)


- Express reservations if necessary


- Isolate non-conforming products and report disputes


Inbound processing and putaway:

- Record incoming shipments in the system (GEMO² / WMS)


- Verify or create item references in consultation with the manager


- Assign storage locations


- Store merchandise in the designated areas


- Prepare transfer orders to COUT stores


- Ensure internal delivery or provision


Traceability and tracking:

- Ensure the traceability of incoming goods


- Track issues and their resolution


- Ensure compliance with documentation requirements


Nuclear safety and the environment:

- Follow safety and security guidelines


- Verify that equipment complies with regulations


- Follow the specific procedures related to the nuclear environment


Store layout:

- Keep the reception areas clean and organized (5S)


- Assist with inventory counts


- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes


Your role in the service:


You are responsible for ensuring the proper receipt, inspection, and storage of

goods, ensuring the reliability, traceability, and compliance of logistics flows.

 

Your assets

 

- You work in a demanding environment that requires precision and a strong sense of control

 

- You are comfortable using computer software (WMS such as GEMO² or equivalent)

 

- You hold CACES 1, 3, and 5 certifications, as well as a stacker certification (required) – CAUS (wired ground-level crane) certification is a plus

 

- You are responsive, organized, and self-reliant

 

- You enjoy working as part of a team and contribute to the team's success

 

- Experience in an industrial or nuclear environment is preferred

 

📌 Additional information:

 

- Hours: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM / 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM (Monday through Friday)


- Teamwork may be required depending on the activity


- Industrial/nuclear sector with peaks related to shipments
