We are looking for our Operations Manager M/F at Toulouse Blagnac airport
Reporting to the runway team leader, we are looking for operating agents.
In the air, every minute counts! Handling means precision and action.
You will be responsible for operations relating to :
in compliance with aviation safety and security rules, procedures and operating modes in force (internal and company).

Experience in the aviation industry, at least 2 years
A clean criminal record is required to obtain an airport access badge that requires a prefectural background check.
High school diploma required. Previous experience in materials handling or logistics would be an asset.
Position in an international context: fluency in English and French essential.
You have completed the required training for access to the airport area.
You are autonomous, rigorous, organized and logical in your work.
Ability to commute or relocate: Easily commute or relocate before taking up position (Required)

After submitting your application, you will receive an invitation to log in to the secure Skribe platform (Figure 1). It may take up to 2–3 days for this invitation to be sent.
This platform will allow you to securely upload the documents required for your application (Figures 2 and 3). These documents will be accessible only to Onet for the processing of your application and to Skribe for the purpose of verifying their validity.
Once your application is complete, you will receive an invitation to a group recruitment session. There, you will attend a presentation of our activities and have an individual interview with one of our recruiters.
At the end of the group session, you will receive a response (positive or negative) within one week to ten days maximum.
If your application is successful, you will be placed on a training course prior to obtaining your airport badge.
Once the training required to obtain the badge has been validated, a badge application will be submitted on your behalf.
As soon as your airport badge is issued (the decision to approve or deny the badge application and the processing time are solely at the discretion of the Local Security Office; Onet has no influence over these decisions), you will be scheduled for the next available training session at the company. Your employment contract will begin on the first day of training, and you will be paid.
