We are currently recruiting a :
Factotum Agent F/H
Through your work, you contribute to our customer's satisfaction.
Your missions:
Check compressors and upgrade if necessary.
Space planning.
Troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical and sanitary installations, compressors, lighting, etc.
Carry out painting, wallpapering, masonry work, floor and wall repairs, etc.
Changing or repairing: glass, handles, locks, doors, thresholds, tiles, parquet flooring, skirting boards, linoleum, false ceilings, etc.
Ensure the safety of installations by installing fire extinguishers, emergency power units, safety rails, lighting, etc.
If you're motivated and hard-working, you're already well qualified for this position. Your discretion will also be highly appreciated.
A hands-on person, you are recognized for your rigor, meticulousness and autonomy, with an eye for detail and perfection.
You are well-presented, able to organize yourself, keep to positions given by your superiors and be accountable. You have a sense of responsibility and customer service.
You also have the following skills:
- French comprehension for instructions and feedback.
- Work autonomy.
- Know how to report a problem to your superiors.
- Electrical clearance: H0B0 BS or BR.
- CACES 3 and PEMP.
- Work at height certification
- First experience in a similar position is welcome.
