You play an important role in ensuring a well-organized environment tailored to the needs of the occupants. Through your work, you contribute to our customer's satisfaction.

You will be required to :

Furnish meeting rooms (+ reposition)
Manage and fulfill customer requests via the Ticketing tool
Follow up on vehicle fleet entries/exits
Carry out various repairs (broken chair, carpet tiles to be replaced, etc.)
Welcoming delivery companies and receiving orders
Manage supplies inventory
Know how the Mail software works

Your assets

Proactive and versatile, you know how to put your energy and initiative to work for the team.

In the context of fleet management, possession of a "B" driving license is required.

You will work in a 3-person team, comprising 2 Factotums and a Mail Agent.

If you're motivated and hard-working, you're already well qualified for this position. Your discretion will also be highly appreciated.

A hands-on person, you are recognized for your rigor, meticulousness and autonomy, with an eye for detail and perfection.

You are well presented, organized and accountable. You have a sense of responsibility and customer service.

You also have the following skills:

- French comprehension for instructions and feedback.

- Know how to report a problem to your superiors.

- If possible: H0B0 BS or BR electrical clearance.
