Our ONET GRENOBLE office is currently recruiting a logistics agent for our client EDF DTG SAINT MARTIN LE VINOUX.
Logistics agent
Your mission:
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Main activities :
Centralized warehouse management:
Preparation, packaging and storage of EDF measurement equipment
Equipment identification and traceability via EDF IT tool
Sorting, cleaning and managing storage areas
Monitoring of materials stored outside the St MARTIN LE VINOUX site (external platform)
Management of metrological control services on behalf of EDF
Shipping and receiving:
Packing, marking, labelling and weighing of parcels
Creation of packing slips and loading assistance
Assistance with unloading and visual inspection of packages
Delivery of parcels to EDF consignees and tracking via the ONET application
General store management:
Welcoming EDF customers
Tracking stock movements on the ONET application
Additional tasks (support) :
Fleet management:
Vehicle key issuance and tracking via EDF applications
Drop off and pick up vehicle keys
First-level monthly maintenance
Technical support and metrology:
Receiving, checking and cleaning sensors and probes
Monitoring and traceability of sensors before shipment to calibration laboratories (LABO COFRAC)
Packaging and shipment of Sensors to CNPE
Schedule: 07:30 to 12:00 then 13:00 to 15:30
You are familiar with the requirements of construction sites and are recognized for your interpersonal skills. You enjoy teamwork and have a sense of responsibility and results.
Knowledge of office software (Excel/Word).
