Job offer Agent polyvalent F/H CDD Loiret (45)

Reporting to the customer manager, you will carry out specific maintenance work on premises/buildings, interior and exterior glazing, within the allotted time, in compliance with Quality Safety Hygiene Environment procedures.

Your missions are as follows:

- Organize your tours

- Technical preparation of the site/service

- Prepare installations before cleaning (marking out, protection, etc.)

- Ensure proper operation and compliance of equipment

- Ideally, have the required authorizations for working at height

- Carrying out work (carpet shampooing, floor stripping, etc.)

mechanized, window cleaning, Karcher cleaning ....) in accordance with

expenses

- Responding to customer requests

- Restock sites with materials and consumables,

- Store and clean equipment after use

- Have customers sign work orders at the end of the service

Your assets

Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar position in the cleaning sector.

You are recognized for your organizational skills, autonomy and ability to listen. Your responsiveness, adaptability and discretion will be major assets with your colleagues and customers.
