The position is based in Courbevoie, on the Adamas site.
Missions :
Working within the Marketing Department and reporting to the Marketing Director of the Cleaning & Services BU, you will be responsible for the following tasks :
- Participate in the development of sales support tools (sales brochures, PPT presentations, videos, etc.) for the Facility Management offering.
-Support sales teams in preparing calls for tender
-Design an approach to promote our FM expertise among our customers (reference sheets and websites, customer club)
Lead the FM entity's in-house teams on business and service innovations developed on the market,
-Help in organizing online and offline events
You have a Master's degree or specialization in Marketing with initial experience (internship) in operational marketing or communications. You have excellent writing and organizational skills, as well as a keen sense of graphic design.
Technical skills :
-Mastery of the Office pack
-Mastery of a design tool (Canva accepted)
-Mastery of a CMS
-Marketing automation
-Video editing software
Soft skills :
- Rigor and organization
- Autonomy and versatility
- Creativity and initiative
- Good interpersonal skills and collaborative spirit
- At ease in project mode
