Occasional travel is also required to Cherbourg, Saint-Malo and Ouistreham.
Reporting to the Naval Operational Training and Safety Manager (OPFS) and to the North-West Regional Management, you will contribute to the implementation of the QHSE policy in compliance with internal, contractual and regulatory requirements.
You will be working in a dynamic, multi-project environment for a major naval customer.
Your main tasks:
- Participate in the deployment of the QHSE policy and support operational teams
- Provide QHSE leadership in the field and ensure compliance with applicable requirements
- Contribute to monitoring the national QHSE system and certification procedures (e.g. CEFRI).
- Tracking work-related accidents and illnesses
- Support teams in the use of protective equipment (PPE), tools and procedures
- Participate in the safety induction of new employees
- Conduct safety inspections and internal audits
- Update HSE documentation (DUERP, operating procedures, prevention plans, etc.)
- Monitor regulations and update Company Data Sheets in conjunction with the Occupational Medicine Department
- Participate in communication and safety awareness campaigns
- Monitor QHSE indicators and associated action plans
