Your mission

   

 

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will provide support and assist with the management of a logistics site.
In this role, you will gradually learn how to manage a logistics site and contribute to its smooth day-to-day operations.



🚀 Your responsibilities:

 

Support for site management and oversight:

  • Assist the Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations.
  • Help manage staffing (scheduling, time tracking, team organization).
  • Help with the processing of administrative data (hours worked, payroll variables, contract tracking).
  • Assist with monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyzing results.
  • Help implement corrective actions in the event of a deviation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to operational performance.

 

Management and Operations Support:

  • Assist the Site Manager in leading an operational team.
  • Participate in on-site monitoring to ensure that logistics operations run smoothly (quality, costs, deadlines).
  • Help optimize schedules and team organization.
  • Serve as a point of contact for the teams.


Customer Support:

  • Help monitor customer satisfaction.
  • Help manage day-to-day customer relations (reporting feedback, following up on requests).

 

Quality, Safety, and Environment Support:

  • Help ensure that safety rules are followed on site.
  • Help raise team awareness of QSE best practices.
  • Assist in monitoring safety indicators and implementing corrective actions.

 

 

 

 

 

Your assets

👤Your profile:

Students with 2 to 5 years of higher education in logistics, management, business, supply chain, operations management, or a related field


Interest in the field and operational environments.

Experience in participating in or managing continuous improvement or operational performance projects is desired

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams,

Proficiency in the computer tools required for site operations management (particularly Excel).
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
