Supporting operations in management tasks: monitoring reports, creating documents, preparing presentation materials, sales proposals, planning meetings, business intelligence, etc. ... ;

Monitoring customer satisfaction;

Stock management of consumables ;

Setting up inventories to keep track of equipment;

Managing a budget: tracking actual expenses, staying within budget;

Supporting team management: recruiting agents in liaison with functional departments, monitoring time-clocks and schedules.

Your assets

You have a 2-year higher education diploma, ideally in hygiene and environment or management.

You enjoy office and operational work

Good interpersonal skills and team spirit

You are versatile

You have a valid driving license (required)
