Job Opening: WORK-STUDY ENERGY EFFICIENCY PROJECT MANAGER (M/F) Work-Study Program 2-10 Rue Bethelot, Courbevoie

As part of the development and structuring of business processes within the FM & Multitechnique division, the Energy Efficiency Manager is recruiting a work-study student for the position of ENERGY EFFICIENCY PROJECT MANAGER.

The work-study student will work directly under the Energy Efficiency Manager, playing a cross-functional role with the operational teams and contributing to operational performance and the standardization of practices.

Position available in early September.

Based in Courbevoie

Your role:

The Energy Efficiency Project Manager provides advice, assistance, and information within their area of expertise.

Your Responsibilities:

1 – Main Responsibilities:

· Implement and support our clients in the deployment of Energy Management Systems (ISO 50001) and Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001).

· Conduct energy audits.

· Assist our clients with the Tertiary Sector Decree (DEET) process.

· Implement an energy management system.

· Propose measures to improve energy efficiency.

· Prepare and present site energy reviews.

· Monitor and oversee the energy and environmental management systems.

· Regulatory monitoring and tracking.

· Internal audit.

· Monitor, analyze, and drive technological advancements in one’s area of expertise.

· Strong knowledge of the energy sector and the building life cycle.

· Awareness of environmental regulations and issues.
