Coordinate, develop and win the loyalty of key accounts in the region (Brittany, Pays de la Loire and Nouvelle Aquitaine).
Act as interface between regional agencies, customers and head office key accounts department.
Costing of:
additional services,
contract amendments,
competitive bidding for accounts in progress.
Prepare and participate in contract monitoring meetings (monthly, quarterly, annually).
Draw up reports and send them to customers.
Gather information and check with operators that contractual commitments are respected (specifications, quality control, quotations, amendments, etc.).
Supply and update customer files (contract modifications, renewals, upgrades, transfers, etc.).
Interface with the customer in case of questions/requests.
