Responsible for replacing absent receptionists, the ambassador ensures continuity of service at our customers' sites.

Your main tasks will be to :

Ensure the replacement of incumbents on the various customer sites
Manage physical and telephone reception
Respond to requests for information
Orient visitors to customer sites
Manage the various administrative tasks
Carry out tasks in accordance with specifications and procedure booklets
Ensure the company's brand image through your know-how and skillsbeing and know-how
Manage internal and external customer relations
Report any malfunctions to your line manager
Support and train new recruits at their workstations

Your assets

With a university degree, you have significant experience in the hospitality sector.

You are fluent in English and at ease with IT tools.

With excellent interpersonal and service skills, you are dynamic and autonomous.

You'll also be able to react quickly, be rigorous and organized.
