Job offer Social declarations analyst F/H CDI Bouches du Rhône (13)

Based at our head office in Marseille (9th arrondissement) and reporting to the social declarations and controls department, your responsibilities will focus on two main areas.

Management of payroll closures and Nominative Social Declarations (group of 55 legal entities, 400 establishments, 75,000 slips per month, staggered payrolls) :

Monthly payroll checks before DSN declaration (mass queries)
Interaction with HRIS departments to correct anomalies
Monthly framing of social charges: payroll / DSN / accounting / payment
Social security payments and follow-up with Urssaf, Agirc-Arrco, Prévoyance, Mutuelle, Caisse de congés payés...
Analysis of anomalies in DSN returns (CRM)

Payroll / DSN control and acceptance :

Checking the calculation of social security contributions by control request and individually
Checking that DSN elements are correctly supplied
Acceptance and follow-up of incidents until they are corrected
Regulatory watch by topic and concerning developments in DSN and related obligations

Your assets

With a university degree, you have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role, gained in a large company or in an accounting firm.

You are familiar with complex social environments (multiple agreements/companies), and you have excellent knowledge of payroll rules, particularly in terms of social charges and DSN.

You have a keen interest in figures and are proficient in office IT tools such as Excel (ResearchV and TCD). Knowledge of HR ACCESS and Business Objects would be appreciated.

Your interpersonal and communication skills will be an asset in exchanges with other players in the functional chain.
