Job offer HRIS functional analyst F/H CDD Bouches du Rhône (13)

Based at the Marseille head office and reporting to the Group's Payroll Expertise Department, you will play an active role in the functional development of the HRIS.

In this context, your main tasks are as follows:

Preparation of HRIS upgrades: participate in the production of detailed documentation for each HRIS upgrade request.
Verification of HRIS upgrades and projects: validate expected operation (acceptance)
Follow-up of HRIS functional upgrades: ensure timely delivery of upgrades to meet business needs while integrating the constraints of other departments.
Follow-up of HRIS anomaly corrections: ensure that anomalies detected in HRIS tools are corrected, without regressions, and prepare related documentation (information on Deliveries: corrective and evolutionary).

Your assets

With higher education in human resources or payroll, you have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role.

You are known for your curiosity, versatility, sense of priorities and analytical skills. You also have proven communication and teamwork skills.

You are at ease with IT tools and have a keen interest in their technical aspects. In particular, you are proficient in Excel, and ideally in HR Access V9 and Business Object.
