Job offer Post-payment analyst F/H CDI Bouches du Rhône (13)

Reporting to the Group's Payroll Expertise Department and working as part of the Social Returns and Controls Department, your main tasks will be as follows:

Create recipes to meet new standards
Making social declarations: managing declaratory obligations and associated developments with organizations (Urssaf, mutual insurance companies and provident societies, vacation funds, pensions, etc.).
Ensure compliance with the regulatory framework for calculating social security contributions: monitor regulatory changes affecting the calculation of contributions, carry out checks on payroll calculations, and make declarations (DSN) more reliable.
Anticipate regulatory projects to be implemented in order to comply with reporting obligations
Manage URSSAF and CAC audits: coordinate requests, manage relations with inspectors/auditors (position to be created) and prepare for future audits.
Carry out all compliance checks between "HR Access" and "ADP" software after integration

Your assets

With at least a 3-year higher education qualification, you have proven experience in payroll/HR.

You have a perfect command of office automation tools such as Excel (ResearchV and TCD).

Knowledge of HR ACCESS V9 and eDSN would be appreciated.
