Job Opening: Community Outreach Coordinator (M/F) – Permanent Position

Site monitoring: self-monitoring, product and equipment deliveries, relations with agents, maintenance of premises provided
Support and training for agents
Participate in, organize and monitor Exceptional and Extra Work.
Exceptionally, provide unexpected replacements

Management

Conduct random time checks
Follow action plans
Collect customer information

Quality - Safety - Environment

Ensure compliance with safety instructions
Monitor employee safety: safety briefings, safety behavior reviews, safety inspections
Monitor corrective, preventive and remedial actions

Your assets

With a first professional experience in the sector and a good command of cleaning techniques, you have good interpersonal skills and demonstrate versatility and flexibility.

Proficiency with computer software is a plus.
