As part of your integration into the Onet Accueil agency, we are offering you the opportunity to join a 9-month work-study program as acompany receptionist, with diversified assignments at our customers' sites.

We already have a dedicated training center to support you along the way.

Your main tasks will include :

Physical and telephone reception: Ensuring a warm and professional welcome for visitors and staff on site, as well as efficient management of telephone calls.
Badge management: Creation and issuance of badges to guarantee security and access control.
Appointment scheduling: Coordinate appointments to optimize operational efficiency.
Mailings: Participate in the management of postal and electronic mailings.
Mail and parcel management: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, as well as postage.
Administrative tasks: Contribute to various administrative tasks for day-to-day operations.
Meeting Room Management: Coordinate the booking and organization of meeting rooms.
Fleet/parking management: Ensure efficient fleet and parking management.
Stock management: Ensures the availability of office supplies and badges, and updates the stock ledger.

You are available from April 01, 2024.

Position available at various customer sites in the Paris region.

Your assets

You have a sense of service and rigor. Politeness and initiative come naturally to you.

You have excellent elocution and writing skills.

You are comfortable using the Pack Office and office automation tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
