You will be involved in the development of two specific areas of expertise:
- Sustainable urban planning:
- Contextual analysis: regulatory watch, analysis of territorial and legal tools, identification of key players, territorial infographics and research into environmental tools
- Operational: environmental analysis of urban projects, monitoring of performance indicators, definition of an eco-neighborhood, and integration into a Sustainable Neighborhood approach
- Sharing: meeting with manufacturers involved in sustainable urban planning and creation of a workshop on "how to think about an eco-neighborhood", presenting the major issues and principles of sustainable urban planning and development.
- Assistance with user management:
- Contextual analysis: understanding AMU's challenges in real estate, mapping existing approaches and stakeholders (users, associations, local authorities, managers, landlords, etc.), benchmarking existing and inspiring approaches in AMU
- Operational: participation in the definition of co-design approaches, contribution to the definition of user involvement strategies at all project phases (programming, design, worksite, commissioning, life of the building/neighborhood), development of support tools (workshops, surveys, user paths, etc.), contribution to AMU missions
- Sharing : Leading or co-leading internal or external participatory events, formalizing a guide or framework for AMU's approach that can be adapted to specific projects, participating in the dissemination of the culture of use within the team.
You'll also be able to take on other assignments suited to your skills and interests.
You're in your final year of engineering school, or studying for a BAC+5, with a technical specialization in sustainable construction, energy and/or the environment, and you're looking for an end-of-study or gap-year internship starting in September.
