The South-East Regional Division is recruiting a :
Administrative Assistant M/F
Reporting to the Administrative Manager and integrated into the administrative team of the South-East Regional Management, your missions are as follows:
Administrative/HR :
Produce payroll for branch staff (tallying, data entry, checks).
Contribute to personnel management and administrative follow-up.
Carry out hiring formalities: declarations, contracts.
Monitor work-related accidents, sick leave and medical check-ups.
Produce regulatory reporting (personnel register, studies, etc.).
Monitor disciplinary procedures and termination of employment contracts.
Administratively manage IRP meetings and monitor delegation hours.
Reception/ Secretariat :
Manage telephone reception.
Handle mail.
Classify and archive paper and electronic documents in accordance with current standards.
With a background in SME/SMI management or payroll management, you have successful initial experience in payroll management.
You know how to use HR ACCESS payroll software and are familiar with IT tools.
Recognized for your commitment and dedication, you know how to prioritize your tasks, are methodical and know how to meet deadlines.
You have good interpersonal skills, are able to organize yourself and work both independently and as part of a team.
You are curious and like to take initiative.
