- Carry out administrative procedures for new hires and departures (DPAE, contracts, STC, etc.)
- Check work permits (residence permit, professional card)
- Manage employee files (endorsements, sick leave, work accidents, paid leave, etc.)
- Manage employee requests
- Draft disciplinary letters
- Carry out supplier invoicing
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks (filing, switchboard, various letters)

You are looking for a work-study program as part of your bac+3/4/5 HR / GPME training.

You are at ease with IT tools.

You are comfortable and mature, rigorous, autonomous, a team player with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
