Our mission is to train you as a Human Resources Assistant F/H.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, your responsibilities will include :

Personnel administration :

Ensuring that personnel management actions are carried out and compliant: declarations linked to hiring, employment contracts, accidents, sick leave, medical check-ups, residence permits, etc.

Drawing up employment contracts

Monthly payroll

Monitoring disciplinary procedures

Miscellaneous :

Physical and telephone reception

Your assets

With at least 2 years' higher education, you are recognized for your commitment and dedication.

You have good interpersonal skills and are able to organize, work independently and as part of a team. You have good writing skills.

Computer literate.
