The South-East Regional Division is recruiting a :
Administrative Assistant M/F
Reporting to the Regional Payroll Coordinator, your main tasks are :
Support for administrative teams :
o Support and advise all payroll and personnel administration contacts in their day-to-day work (branch administrative managers and/or payroll assistants throughout the scope)
o Provide day-to-day support to branches (back-up in case of absence, if necessary) in liaison with the Group and support departments (payroll, administrative, social)
o Train administrative teams in the various legal, contractual and IT changes, support new recruits
o Manage relations with pension organizations, CPAM, etc.
Legal and conventional payroll monitoring / Payroll software management :
o Formalize all payroll rules to ensure their proper application in branches
o Inform, integrate and ensure the correct application of all legal and collective bargaining changes
Partial replacement of the payroll coordinator during her absence.
Holder of a BTS and/or Bac +2 in accounting, management or equivalent.
