ONET SERVICES regional management is recruiting an Administrative and Payroll Assistant F/H based in St Priest or St Genis Laval.
You will carry out the following tasks:
Administrative and HR management
-Produce payroll for branch staff (tallying, data entry, checks)
Contribute to personnel management and administrative follow-up
-Hiring formalities: declarations, contracts
Monitor work-related accidents, sick leave, medical check-ups.
Produce regulatory reporting (personnel register, studies, etc.).
-Monitor disciplinary procedures and termination of employment contracts
-Administrative management of IRP meetings, monitoring of delegation hours
Reception/ Secretariat :
-Manage physical and telephone reception
-Mail processing
-Classify and archive paper and electronic documents in accordance with current standards
With a background in SME/SMI or payroll management, you have a first successful experience in payroll management.
You know how to use payroll software and are familiar with IT tools.
Recognized for your commitment and dedication, you know how to prioritize your tasks, are methodical and know how to meet deadlines.
You have good interpersonal skills, are able to organize yourself and work both independently and as part of a team.
You are curious and like to take initiative.
