Produce payroll for the personnel in your area (tallying, data entry, checks).
Contribute to personnel management and administrative follow-up.
Hiring formalities: declarations, contracts.
Track work-related accidents, sick leave and medical check-ups.
Ensure the production of regulatory reporting (personnel register, studies, etc.).
Monitor disciplinary procedures and termination of employment contracts.
Administrative management of IRP meetings, tracking delegation hours.

Your assets

Do you have a background in SME/SMI management or payroll management?
Do you have initial experience in payroll management?
Do you know how to use payroll software (knowledge of HR Access would be a plus)?
Do you have a good command of IT tools?
Are you recognized for your commitment and dedication?
Are you able to prioritize your tasks, are you methodical and able to meet deadlines (payroll and accounting closings)?
Are you able to demonstrate discretion and confidentiality?
Do you have good interpersonal skills, are you able to organize yourself and work independently and as part of a team?
Are you curious and able to take the initiative?
