Produce payroll for the branch's personnel (tallying, data entry, checks).
Contribute to the management and administrative monitoring of personnel.
Carry out hiring formalities: declarations, contracts.
Monitor work-related accidents, sick leave, medical examinations.
Produce regulatory reporting (personnel register, studies, etc.).).
Monitor disciplinary procedures and termination of employment contracts.
Manage IRP meetings, monitor delegation hours.

Handle mail.
File and archive paper and electronic documents in accordance with current standards.

Your strengths
Ideally, you have a payroll qualification and initial experience (including work-study).

You are rigorous, organized and methodical.

You enjoy working as part of a team, and are adaptable.
