As a Sales Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for all administrative aspects of sales operations. You will be responsible for the company's sales reporting and will manage all ADV operations for key accounts. Position based at our Grenoble headquarters.
In this role, you will be responsible for :
1. Customer account management :
- Integration of new customer accounts
- Receipt and processing of orders
- Follow-up of files and invoicing according to procedures
- Compliance with commercial conditions and deadlines
- Administrative follow-up and communication with agencies and customers
2. Organization and continuous improvement :
- Working in pairs
- Centralization and consolidation of sales follow-up
- Suggestions for improving methods and processes
3. Logistical responsibilities :
- Receipt and entry of orders from service providers in the ERP system
- Follow-up of orders and feedback
- Verification of feasibility of manufacturing offers
- Reporting to agencies
You will be working in a dynamic environment where rigor, collaboration and responsiveness are essential to ensure the smooth running of our processes.
You have 2 to 3 years' higher education (BTS or DUT in sales administration or equivalent).
You have 2 to 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in a structured and demanding environment.
You are comfortable using in-house software and packages as well as Pack Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
You are able to work as part of a cross-functional team.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, both with customers and internally.
