As a Sales Administration Assistant (ADV) F/H, you will play a key role in the smooth running of sales and logistics operations, providing administrative support to key account customers. Based at the Grenoble head office, you will be the main point of contact between agencies, customers and internal teams.
You will be responsible for integrating new customer accounts, processing orders and following up files through to invoicing, while ensuring that commercial terms and deadlines are met. You ensure smooth communication with agencies and customers to guarantee satisfaction and loyalty.
Working in pairs, you will centralize and consolidate sales data to produce reliable and relevant reports. You are also a driving force in improving sales methods and processes, with a view to continuous optimization.
On the logistics side, you enter orders from suppliers into the ERP system, monitor their progress and pass on the necessary information to the relevant teams. You check the feasibility of manufacturing offers and ensure regular reporting to the agencies.
You have 2 to 3 years' higher education (BTS or DUT in sales administration or equivalent).
You have 2 to 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in a structured and demanding environment.
You are comfortable using in-house software and packages as well as Pack Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
You are able to work as part of a cross-functional team.
