Offer description

Your mission

As part of a temporary reinforcement program, we are recruiting an Assistant Account Manager - Cleaning Sector.

Location: Canteleu (76)
Contract: 6-month fixed-term contract (potentially renewable)
Start date: As soon as possible

Main tasks
Working in tandem with an account manager, you will provide administrative and operational support for the following tasks:

Regular calls and discussions with field staff
Monitoring and managing absences using the Justime tool
Handling customer queries and complaints
Creating Excel reports (good command of dynamic tables required)

Your assets

Profile required

First experience in administrative management or operational coordination, ideally in the service sector
Proficiency in office automation tools, particularly Excel
Thoroughness, responsiveness and good interpersonal skills
