The assistant project manager in digital transformation helps steer, implement and monitor the company's digital transformation initiatives.
He actively contributes to the integration of innovative digital solutions, the modernization of business processes, and the improvement of operational performance.
Main tasks include :
-Digitization of projects by integrating tools such as Siteflow or Daxium for project management;
-Updating and upgrading business software (EDM, PLM, SIGECO, etc.);
-Management of equipment for digital transition projects (tablets, SIM cards, etc.);
-Business software administration (user creation, access rights, updates, maintenance, user responses);
-Writing procedures, user guides, tutorials and FAQs to support users;
-Participation in change management: information sessions, training and support for teams in adopting new tools;
-Monitoring the deployment of digital activities on site (planning, coordination, reporting) ;
-Technology watch on digital, software and AI solutions.
-Bac +2 to Bac +5 in project management, IT, digital transformation or equivalent;
-Mastery of project management and workflow tools (Siteflow type), as well as databases and business environments;
-Strong interest in artificial intelligence technologies (chatbots, automation, etc.) and technological curiosity;
-Excellent writing, analytical and summarizing skills;
-Organizational skills, autonomy, rigor and ability to manage several projects simultaneously;
-Team spirit, sense of service and proactivity.
