Onet is hiring a Compliance Assistant (M/F) for its headquarters in Marseille (9th arrondissement) as part of a work-study program.
As part of the Legal & Compliance Department and reporting to the Compliance Officer, you will help implement and improve the company’s ethics and integrity program. In this role, you will focus on issues such as anti-corruption (Sapin II), conflicts of interest, export controls, competition law, and business integrity.
In this role, your responsibilities will include the following:
Anti-Corruption & the Sapin II Law
Conflicts of interest
Export Control & International Sanctions
Antitrust Law
Regulatory Monitoring & Documentation
Internal Controls & Reporting
As part of your duties, you will ensure strict compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. You will treat the information entrusted to you with the utmost confidentiality and contribute to the quality and reliability of the analyses and audits conducted. You will be expected to raise the alarm in the event of identified risks or discrepancies, and to actively contribute to fostering a culture of integrity within the group.
As a student pursuing a specialized Master’s degree in compliance, business law, or a related field, you have a strong interest in issues related to integrity, international regulation, and risk management.
Ideally, you have knowledge of anti-corruption, business law, competition law, export control, or international compliance. You are meticulous and possess strong analytical skills, and you demonstrate a keen eye for detail.
Your strong writing skills and ability to synthesize information enable you to produce clear, well-structured analyses. You are known for your integrity, ethical standards, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
You are proficient in office software and, ideally, some screening tools. Finally, your business-level English allows you to communicate with international contacts and work with English-language documentation.
