Job offer Management controller assistant (work-study) F/H Work-study Marseille

As a member of the Central Management Control team, you will work on a wider central scope, supporting the Group's financial and analytical management.

Within this framework, your missions will be as follows:

Livret de gestion and Business Review: assist teams in producing the LDG (monthly report to COMEX) and in preparing the BR
Head office monitoring: you will be responsible for monitoring the costs of various head office departments. You will take part in monthly closings, and in budget preparation for this area.
Support for CDG contacts: assist CDG teams in using management tools
Budgets and forecasts: during the budget phases, you will assist management controllers in setting up tools and models for use by operational staff.
Data integrity checks: verify the consistency, quality and reliability of management data
Accounting interface: you will help the teams identify and analyze analytical/accounting discrepancies during the half-yearly accounting closings.
Cross-functional projects (potential): you will assist management controllers with ad hoc analyses

Your assets

With a Master's degree (Bac +5) specializing in finance or management control, you'd like to invest in and develop your skills within an international group.

Ideally, you have some initial experience (internship or work-study program) in a similar position. Rigorous, analytical and proactive, you enjoy working independently and are reliable in your analyses. You have good interpersonal skills, and are comfortable interacting with different people, whether operational, business or technical. You have a good command of Excel and its advanced functions, and are at ease with management tools.
