We are hiring for our IDF Regional Office:

Management assistant - Part-time F/H

Reporting to the Regional Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:

Customer/supplier management :

Follow-up on collection / Carry out collection-related operations
Record supplier and customer invoices
Follow-up on non-compliant invoices
Record and file all accounting documents related to its specialty
Closure of financial files (verification of documents)
Feed budget monitoring tables

Personnel management :

Track personnel files
Manage employment contracts
Manage payroll (time entries, variable pay components, etc.)
Monitor administrative management of absences (paid leave, sick leave, etc.)
Follow up on medical appointments…

Your assets

You are preparing for a two-year post-secondary program, equivalent to a BTS in General Management and Engineering (GPME) or a BTS in Mechanical Engineering (SAM) through a work-study program.

You are recognized for your commitment and dedication. Your rigor and ability to manage priorities enable you to meet deadlines. You demonstrate discretion and confidentiality. Good oral and written communication skills are essential.

You have good interpersonal skills, are able to organize yourself and work both independently and as part of a team.
