Onet Security Accueil is looking for a Management Assistant (M/F) on a fixed-term contract to strengthen the finance team during a temporary increase in activity.

Reporting to the Management Controller, you play a key role in ensuring the reliability of financial data and monitoring performance.

Your main tasks:

Management and control of the entire customer billing process (costing, issuing, and tracking invoices)
Entering supplier invoices
Analytical monitoring (FAE/FNP provisions)
Litigation tracking / collection of outstanding debts with customer reminders
Financial KPIs to monitor during different closings
Assist the branch manager with profitability analysis

Your role is crucial in ensuring the reliability of accounts, compliance with the budget, and the quality of economic management.

You are a key link in the functioning of the Area Management.

Your assets

With a degree in management, finance, or management control, you have at least two years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a structured environment.

Recognized for your organizational skills, thoroughness, and independence, you enjoy working in a team and know how to manage your priorities effectively.

You are proficient in IT tools and have already worked with Oracle, which is a real asset for quickly succeeding in this position.
