Job offer Operational performance assistant F/H Alternance Bouches du Rhône (13)

Based at our head office in Marseille (9th arrondissement) and reporting to the Operational Performance Manager, you will help ensure compliance with operational processes and interface with the various departments of the business unit and the Group.

In this context, your main tasks are as follows:

Analyze and optimize work methods to improve efficiency
Define and formalize all operational methods and processes (planning, payroll, invoicing, collection, etc.)
Measure and validate the efficiency of new processes, ensuring that change management is well prepared.
Project management
Carry out audits of branches and strategic sites
Consolidate indicators and ensure regular reporting to General Management

Your assets

With at least a 4-year degree from a business or engineering school, you would like to invest in and develop your skills within an international group that is constantly expanding.

Autonomous and rigorous, you stand out for your organizational skills and your ability to deal with the unexpected. You have a sense of service and are able to adapt to a variety of contacts.

You have a good command of IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ERP, etc.).
