Every year, we are committed to supporting interns and work-study students, helping them to obtain their diplomas while training them in our professions.

Reporting to the Agency Manager and Operations Manager, your missions are as follows:

Support operations in management tasks: monitoring reports, creating documents, preparing presentation materials, sales proposals, planning meetings, business intelligence, etc. ... ;
Monitor customer satisfaction ;
Manage stocks of consumables ;
Set up inventories to keep track of equipment;
Managing a budget: tracking actual expenses, staying within budget ;
Supporting team management: recruiting agents in liaison with functional departments, monitoring time-clocks and schedules.

Your assets

You are preparing a 2-year training course (bac +2 to bac +5) in hygiene and the environment, on a sandwich course (apprenticeship or professionalization) and you have a driving license.

You enjoy office and operational work.

You have good interpersonal skills and are a team player. You are versatile.
