Job Opening: Operations Assistant (Private Security) M/F

Implement services in accordance with specifications and internal procedures
Manage human resources (recruitment, hiring, etc.) and equipment (uniforms and related supplies)
Ensure planning and follow-up (changes, absences, etc.)
Manage the on-site teams assigned to you (security guards and first aid personnel)
Write training manuals and train new agents
Ensure the professionalism of employees and the quality of services
Serve as the liaison between the client and the agency: customer satisfaction, work meetings, etc.
Monitor dashboards and posted notices (safety, memos, etc.)
Analyze workplace incidents and accidents
Prepare for and participate in audits
Participate in the analysis of site reports with the Operations Manager

Your assets

You are pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Security Management. You also hold a valid professional security license.

You are a motivated professional looking to develop your skills and advance your career in the private security sector within a large corporation.

You are responsive, thorough, adaptable, and highly self-reliant. In addition, your excellent interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and team spirit are well established.

You are proficient in computer software (Microsoft Office) and, ideally, have already used Trackforce and BM software.
