Job Opening: Operations Assistant (M/F) – Work-Study Program, Doubs (25)

Oversee the rollout of the Group’s digital tools at the operational level
Participate in the project to reorganize construction site management (particularly glasswork)
Help create and monitor an operational dashboard (KPIs)
Optimize the collection of operational metrics and formalize the associated procedures
Support and train area managers in the use of digital tools
Help manage the day-to-day operations of construction sites (scheduling, deliveries, organization)
Contribute to the implementation of a QSE (Quality, Safety, Health, Environment) culture: communication, awareness-raising, and monitoring

Your assets

Are you pursuing a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, management, logistics, or engineering, and looking for a work-study program that offers hands-on experience and opportunities to take on responsibility in a dynamic environment?

Class B driver's license required (vehicle provided for travel)
Ability to travel throughout the Franche-Comté region.
