Ensure receipt of all training documents
Enter and manage training files in compliance with quality and legal requirements
Validate agreements and open sessions on time
Check training file documents
Relaunch the network in the event of incomplete files
Closing and archiving training files
Processing requests for reimbursement
If necessary, ensure that training sessions run smoothly
Manage certain training files directly
Dematerialize training documents according to the current process
Keep abreast of legal and technical developments in your field
Answer questions from operational staff and support them in applying policies and procedures
Contribute to the promotion and dissemination of the department's communications

Your assets

You have a higher education qualification and initial experience in a similar role.

You are rigorous, autonomous and adaptable. You are also a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

You have good writing skills and are computer literate.
