Explaining and guiding trucks: Providing clear instructions to truck drivers on procedures for entering and leaving the logistics island, as well as guiding them throughout their journey.
Cleaning of Trucks before Departure from the Island: ensure that trucks are cleaned before departure, guaranteeing that they meet established cleanliness and safety standards.
Controlling the loading and unloading of trucks onto and off ships: Closely monitor the loading and unloading of trucks onto and off ships, ensuring that all operations are carried out safely and efficiently.
Gate Management (Truck/Personnel): Control access to different areas of the island by managing truck and personnel gates, ensuring optimum security.
Vehicle checks prior to departure from the island: Carry out detailed vehicle checks, opening each vehicle for inspection, to ensure compliance and safety prior to departure.
Directing visitors to the security station: Direct visitors to the security station, ensuring that they follow the appropriate procedures, and guaranteeing a professional welcome.
Turning area control and management: Supervise the use of the turning area, coordinating vehicle maneuvers to ensure a smooth flow of traffic.
