Based at the Chinon site, you will report to the Operations and Training Department. With the support of our training design referents, your missions will be as follows:

- Manage trainers' learning progress by objectives

- Participate in the creation of animation materials

- Contribute to the design of animation guides

- Produce trainee documentation and assessment guidelines

- Analyze trainee needs and expectations

Your assets

You are preparing a Bac+5 degree in Human Resources or Psychology.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, excellent elocution and good writing skills. You are also recognized for your commitment, rigor and precision.
