Based at the Maisons Alfort agency (94) and reporting to the Key Account Development Director, you will provide support in coordinating and managing the company's strategic customers.

In this context, your main tasks are as follows:

Help prepare responses to calls for tenders and RFIs (assistance with bid reviews, technical briefs, financial bids, presentations, etc.).
Assist key account managers with contract management and customer meetings
Contribute to improving customer knowledge by updating CRM data
Participate in qualifying and making appointments with prospects
Coordinate and liaise with various internal departments
Benchmark activities and competition
Perform various administrative tasks,
Actively participate in team life by taking on cross-functional missions to contribute to the smooth running of the team (monitoring, project presentation, tool development, etc.).

Your assets

With at least a 3-year higher education diploma in business, you would like to invest and develop your skills within an international group in constant development.

You are rigorous, adaptable, pragmatic and curious. You are a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

You have good writing skills and a good command of office automation tools.
